Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

Orders are recorded with the status awaiting payment. Because payment is arranged manually, we begin processing only after payment has been received and confirmed. Payments confirmed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day; payments confirmed after that cut-off, at weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. The cut-off applies to when payment clears, not when the order is placed.

2. Shipping

We ship domestically within the United States with tracked delivery, typically 2–3 business days. Materials requiring temperature control are shipped under cold-chain handling in insulated packaging. Shipping is free on orders of $99 or more after any discount is applied; a flat $9 shipping charge applies below that amount. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

3. Delivery issues

Report a lost, delayed, or damaged shipment to support@synthrexbiotech.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, with photographs where relevant, so we can open a carrier claim.

4. Returns

Because these are laboratory research materials whose integrity depends on unbroken handling and storage, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-compromised product. Unopened product in its original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior written authorisation.

5. Refunds and replacements

We will replace or refund product that arrives damaged, is materially incorrect, or fails to match its published Certificate of Analysis. Approved refunds are issued by the same method as the original payment within 5–10 business days of authorisation. Crypto refunds are issued in the original asset at the amount received.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge at any time before payment is confirmed and the order ships.

7. Refused or undeliverable shipments

Shipments refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable may be refunded less shipping and a restocking fee.
